Along with quality products we offer, our customer service includes an ordering process which is as easy and time-saving as possible.
As a first step, we suppose that you have already made an inquiry and have considered our price offer as most competitive one. Thereupon, follow the regulation order:

1. Fill in the ordering form attaching your logo or graphical artwork.
2. Wait for an e-mail proof of your logo.
3. Send us your approval or fill free to make some modifications.
4. After receiving your final approval, we will need your invoicing details and shipping address.
5. You will receive a Proforma Invoice in order to make the advance payment by standard bank transfer in share mode. Credit card payment is also accepted.
6. Your order will be proceeded at the day of receiving either your SWIFT or your payment.
7. You will receive an e-mail delivery note with tracking number when your order is shipped off.
8. In case of any claims for any reason, we will fix the problem or refund your money.
